"Every day, make a quiet place for twenty minutes. Put your
child in your lap and read a book aloud. In the pages of the
book you will find a tiny vacation of privacy and intense love.
It costs nothing but twenty minutes and a library card."

and doing activities. Children ages 4-10 are the intended
audience, but any age is welcome. Programs will last about half
and hour, but children are welcome to stay and read or play for
as long as they like.
Remember,
though, that children under 12 years of age must be accompanied
by an adult at all times, so parents - please stay in the
building and keep an eye on the time.
